92m² Easi-Mayfair Installation – Full Garden Transformation
This project involved the transformation of the whole garden so Easigrass Essex worked in conjunction with Essex Pro Landscapes to transform the whole of the rear garden area. The Customers goal was to create a safe, attractive, and low-maintenance outdoor space they could enjoy all year round without the physical demands of mowing, watering, and edging.
Access & Site Preparation
Access to the garden was via the client’s side. Our installation team laid protective floor coverings throughout as not to damage or mark the newly laid porcelain stone as well as the surrounding areas remained untouched and free from damage. This preparation allowed for smooth movement of machinery, aggregates, and materials in and out of the garden.
Groundworks & Modification
The existing garden layout included a newly installed Patio area with surrounding brickwork and fencing to all three sides of the garden area. There was a raised area to the rear of the garden to enhance the standing of the two tree’s, which Essex Pro Landscapes had installed uplighting to create a nice feature of the tree’s. The Eaasi-Mayfair was the bulk of the garden area, but came with it challenges. As we worked in conjunction with Essex Pro Landscapes our fitting team had to do the dig out and base work first and then return a week or so later after the Landscaping works has been completed to fit the grass. This worked well and did not cause any issues between the two teams on site
Given the unusual shape of the garden, precise contouring and edging were essential to achieve a seamless finish. I think you will agree from the pictures the finishes looks lovely and we got a great review from this client.
