The garden was surveyed at 110m2 but was on a slope which the client wanted to have dug out and levelled off. This meant that a digger had to be used and 5 grab lorries to remove 78 tons of soil to level the rear of the garden to the same level as the patio level.
The dig out took 3 days in total with the remaining flower beds being “boxed” in with new sleepers. These were triple-height sleepers across either side of the garden and quadruple height to the rear to hold in place the remaining soil and give a nice area for the client to plant his flowers and plants.
Once the surrounding edging had been completed with the sleepers, the base for the 11 tons of Mot type one and the 3 tons granite dust was then installed.
The finish of the grass and the level of the grass make this garden look amazing. The grass used was the Easi-Belgravia grass. The client is so happy with the finish that he has already recommended us to two further potential customers.
It took the fitting team, 6 days in total to complete this job which we are all very proud off.
