Project Overview
This was another completed garden by Easigrass Essex & Herts this year. The project required significant groundwork, structural preparation due the lop sided part of the rear garden area before the final lawn could be installed.
Groundworks & Preparation
The client requested the removal of a two medium sized plants to the rear of the garden and wanted a more levelled garden area without any sloping in the garden due to having small children and needing a space that the kids can play on. Our team carefully broke out the bushes and set about getting the levels put right. To create a safe, level garden suitable for the client’s two young children, the grassed area needed to be raised by 150mm-180mm. This required the import and compaction of an additional 12 tons of MOT, building up the levels across the rear lawn area.
Installation
Once the ground levels were completed, the team installed the new Easigrass base drainage systems along with the Easi-Chelsea Grass, completing the full project within one day.

The transformation speaks for itself. The client was delighted with the workmanship, communication, project management and overall finish.
